Japanese Buffet Kuishin Bo

Treated SL to a Japanese buffet at Kuishin Bo at Suntec City last Sat afternoon. Heard that they had a wide spead of Japanese food and wanted to try it.

The sashimi proved fresh and marvellous. The chawan mushi is smooth and gratifying.
The oden fish cakes were also quite special though they seem to be like our yong tau foo. The teppanyaki dishes were ok.

What I liked were their specials at regular timeslots where the music of kuishin bo would be sounded and an announcement of their specials eg. desserts or cotton candy. Kids would run towards the corner and queue up. This is a creative idea and fun for adults and kids alike.
