Crab Beehoon
SL brought me to this zi char stall - Shen Ji Seafood Garden at Blk 40, Holland Drive #01-39 Singapore 270040 last Friday.
We ordered the crab beehoon and stir fried-ginger froglegs.
At first taste, the crab beehoon is bland and not salty at all.
However, after few mouthfuls, you can taste the XO in them.
The frogleg is simply sumptious. The frog leg is big and juicy and meaty.
it costs $22 for the crab beehoon (for two) (1 crab) and the frogleg (at least 2 frogs) costs $12 (small).
There are also designated smoking and non-smoking areas.
Will definitely go there again.

sounds yummy.... *drool*
anyways, i apologise for not posting the recipe for the nutella muffins due to my heavy workload.. will try to post it up soon.. and the swirl was used using a satay stick.. but i let the muffin sit in the turbo boiler for a while before i opened to twirl the nutella around.. hope it helps..
