Sakura Buffet Restaurant

Went to Sakura Buffet International restaurant at Downtown East with my friends.

It was a recommended place for good food, but I find it quite disappointing.
The buffet cost about $26 for dinner. The spread is good but the teppanyaki dishes were a bit overcooked and chinese dishes were ok.

Maybe I am too particular with outside food, but I think Park Royal Hotel buffet of $24.95 gives a better value for money.

Cheese-baked mushrooms

I like this recipe I tried :

Ingredients :

8 porbella mushrooms, washed and cleaned
Fish paste
Kraft cheese
Crabsticks

Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Spread fish paste over the mushroom cap covering the cap entirely.
Place chopped pieces of the crabsticks on top of the fish paste covering the mushrooms.
Place a piece of the Kraft cheese over the mushroom cap.
Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve
